Hourly Only Planning

 Sometimes all you need is a little good advice

Think of our hourly advice as buying time with your own personal financial coach or trusted teacher. We start by understanding your current situation and goals then structure the engagement to meet your needs.

We are 100% a Fiduciary to you and don’t have a hidden agenda or any products to sell. Our hourly model allows us to work with anyone, of any age, regardless of how much or how little money you may have. No sales, no pressure – we provide you with the education you need and an easy-to-execute action plan.

Common hourly engagements include:

• Budgeting and cash flow analysis
• Life event changes (divorce, marriage, new baby, changing jobs, etc.)
• Paying for or planning for college
• Home buying/selling scenarios including tax implications
• Retirement planning scenarios
• Investment property 1031 exchange strategies
• Unbiased investment portfolio reviews and recommendations for you to implement (cash, bonds, stocks, mutual funds, ETFs, alternatives)
• Company stock option planning (ISO, NSOs and RSU)
• Tax implications for various investment and life decisions
• Maximizing employer-sponsored retirement plans (401k /403b/457) and whether to choose Roth, pre-tax or a combination of both
• Risk management analysis (i.e., insurance coverages review and recommendations)

Once your initial hourly engagement has ended, we can set up ongoing meetings as you see fit. Sometimes it is good to check in once or twice a year, other times maybe it makes sense to meet again once a milestone has been completed (kids are out of college, the house is sold, etc.). It is totally your call. We view each hourly meeting as a one-time engagement with no strings attached – but we are here when you need us 🙂
